I ticked the "I have confirmed that this app can run on all Pi-Apps supported systems." but this may not be entirely true, sorry as I think that is does not run on arm64, can you please confirm?

no ARM64 debs, only x86_64 ones:

It isn't supported in this repo, which means a community build would be needed
