Usage of Parallel Nodes

here, I was trying to use parallel nodes for one of my projects. But it seems not to be working. means ..the children nodes been executed in sequence when they are expected to execute in parallel.

So, I must know the proper usage for the parallel nodes feature or is it needs any correction in future.

Please help!
