Full support for uncertainty handling #60
Description
Many functions have already implemented support for standard deviations, but it has not been brought to the end user. sigfig library has already been added to output uncertainty. It will be more important after the implementation of kriging.
- Build plots with a confidence interval
- Handle uncertainty during spectral down scaling
- Convolution of spectra with uncertainty output
