Suggestion: Auto Reload

Would be cool if it automatically reloaded. Idk how it would know though, so here are a few suggestions:

1. maybe every time you tabbed back in the game
2. perhaps you could specify a directory and it would see if anything changed when u tab back in
3. reload after tabbing in from a specific window (like vscode, notepad, notepad++, etc) and configurable

Or an option to use any of the things mentioned above
